Our 44,000 sq. ft. facility gives us the space and efficiency to handle crops with care, from harvest to shipment. Within this footprint, we’ve dedicated 16,000 sq. ft. to cold storage, allowing us to maintain optimal temperatures and humidity levels for long-lasting quality and food safety.

Advanced Cooling & Curing
• Forced-air cooling rapidly removes field heat from freshly harvested produce, locking in freshness and extending shelf life.

Precision Sorting & Sizing
To guarantee consistency with every order, we use optical potato sorting and sizing technology. This equipment evaluates each potato for size, shape, and quality, helping us deliver uniform packs that meet the exact needs of wholesalers, retailers, and foodservice customers.
